This International Women's Day, we're hosting three impactful panels to #InspireInclusion. These discussions will explore inclusive leadership, challenging ageism, and how to amplify voices. Our goal is to inspire action and make a lasting impact in empowering women and promoting equality.

It recognizes that diverse perspectives, experiences, and skills are essential for fostering innovation, creativity, and sustainable growth within organizations and society as a whole. Empowering women of all walks of life is a crucial aspect of inclusive leadership.

[4:15 PM - 5:00 PM] Panel 2 - ⭐ Challenging Ageism: Women paving new Paths in the Second Half of Life

Ageism is the prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination based on age, particularly against older individuals. It involves judging someone solely based on age, overlooking their abilities and contributions. This bias can impact employment, healthcare, social interactions, and media representation.

Challenging ageism means rethinking societal attitudes towards aging. It's about reshaping stereotypes and embracing a positive, inclusive view of all ages. It recognizes the value, wisdom, and contributions people of all ages bring. It emphasizes treating everyone with respect and fairness, regardless of age.

While the intention behind people-pleasing may come from a desire to be liked and accepted, it can inadvertently perpetuate a lack of diversity of thoughts and perspectives. Inclusion, on the other hand, aims to create environments where individuals of various backgrounds, identities, and perspectives feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute authentically.
