WoHK and Swop Society presents: Clothing Swap + Sustainability Fair

In line with our commitment to sustainability, refresh your spring wardrobe sustainably with our clothes swap. Declutter and exchange your pre-loved items for unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that elevate your style for the new season. Clothes Swapping offers a unique and sustainable approach to shopping - simply bring in your pre-loved items that deserve a new home and exchange them for something fresh and exciting.

This time we are also bringing on-board 8 sustainable vendors to shop from and support, it's our time to take a few changes in our routine and promote sustainability where we can! If that means  switching to a more sustainable product, count us in!

⭐ Tickets & Time Slots:

To streamline the event and ensure each of you have ample time to swap in the racks, we have reserved specific time slots with 40 tickets available for each.

Slot 1: 11:30AM-1:30PM

Slot 2: 1:30PM-3:30PM

Slot 3: 3:30PM-5:30PM

⭐ How does it work?

1. Detox your wardrobe… Look for clothing, hats, bags, shoes and accessorises which you have worn only a handful of times and would like to up-cycle. 
2. Purchase a ticket for one of our four time slots, and bring up to 10 items* to exchange at the event. 
3. At check in, we will assess the quality of your items - ensuring no stains, rips, smells and that the items are in high quality condition to be swapped. 
4. You'll receive 1 token per eligible item (up to 10 total).
5. Browse the available items at the event and take home as many pieces as you have tokens for.

*You are welcome to bring more than 10 items, and we will still accept them. However, please note that only the first 10 items will be considered eligible for swapping. 

Quality Standards:

To ensure the best “swopping” experience, we accept only high-quality items in excellent condition. Ask yourself, "Would I be excited to give this to a friend?" We encourage you to bring items that you would love to receive yourself, such as that stunning outfit you wore to a party a few years ago and haven't worn since… this may look fantastic on someone else and in exchange, you will find something new to enjoy wearing at the next party!

Express Styling Consultation:

Lucy Hunt from your style community will be in-house to give express style & colour consultation to discover what items & colours work best for you, making the most out of your swaps to ensure they are never swapped again!

About our event partner:

Georgie Harvey Ross is the founder and managing director of Swop Society. Georgie uncovered her passion for event management, entertainment and guest experience in her early 20s. She honed her skills and experience with a range of private and corporate clients across London and Hong Kong, before launching her own business. Georgie has been recognised for her ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to whichever role she undertakes. In recent years, Georgie has become increasingly well known for her presence and professionalism as both event host and emcee.
